Why a compact, modular Yoga Teacher Training?

The compact modules are a wonderful chance to experience „the real“ meaning of Yoga. This is a unique and life changing possibilty- not only for those who want to teach Yoga later, but also for those who want to inquire their lifes on a deeper level and are looking for transformational practices to put them on a higher level- be it in their Yoga practice or in everyday life´s challenges.

To offer this amazing experience to as many as possible, we have created the „Intensive Retreat“: in case you just want to dive deep into Yoga or take a holiday with more than just asanas this is for you. You will not take an exam at the end and of course then not receive a certificate. Experience in many teacher trainings has shown this takes the stress from many people´s minds and lets them enjoy the ride at much more ease.

If you get caught on the way, you can still decide to take the exam at the end of the module and become a certified teacher. Of course to do so, it will be mandatory to attend all classes. If you are sure it´s not for you, you can skip some courses and design the experience according to your interests.

We put an emphasis on giving you as much flexibility as possible. This is why you can start with either module A or B since they are both individual courses. In addition, a modular teacher training as immersion gives you the chance to really get into the flow and benefits of a regular, intensive practice- something you will not achieve on weekend courses, for example, where you dip in and out of your everyday life. Thus, retreating from home for one or two weeks and following an intense, everyday Sadhana of several hours, guarantees a change on many levels. We are amazed by the wonderful reactions of our students at the end of every single module!

The chance to bring along your spouse, best friend or parent to accompany you for a week during a part of your training is being taken often, too. We have even had husbands deciding to do the training on the spot after intentionally coming along to „just be a guest“.

Although we have a full curriculum during the immersion, we know that a beautiful surrounding nourishes the soul and thus supports your Yoga journey. This is why we chose seminar hotels that come with more than just a stunning scenery. We are getting back to hotels that have given our groups and ourselves amazing times- something we want to share with future groups- and YOU!

Our yoga teacher Training takes one month over all (two seperate modules of 2 weeks each) and contains the following content (the classicals curriculum following the international Yoga Alliance 200 HRS standards plus content that is unique in be better´s teachings):

Ort der Ausbildung: Villa Sonnwend, Windischgarsten, Österreich

Location
