This retreat is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit!
Come and enjoy Goa´s beautiful beaches and spoil yourself with a Yoga retreat that multiplies your holiday relaxation by a thousand.
You will return home feeling fitter and prepared for your every day life with a smile.
It does not matter if you are a beginner or an experienced Yogi- everyone is welcome. The classes are taught in a way that beginners can follow and “advanced” Yogis will be challenged. The Yoga style will be Sivananda based classical Hatha Yoga with more dynamic influences from Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga.
We will practice yoga twice a day on an open platform surrounded by tropical trees. There will be the possibility for guided meditations either early morning or at night time. I will offer interesting practices on awareness and the senses that come from acting training in addition to that.
There is no “must” or strict schedule and there will be enough time to chill out on the pristine beaches…..All offers are mandatory and you can follow the retreat even if you feel like “skipping” one of the classes and take it easy.
Fun is included !
We will eat in the open-air restaurant: there is a rich variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, served as brunch and dinner.
Your accommodation will make it easy for you to relax and enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking nearby- the beach is just about 50m away!
